We hired All Out Tree and Stump Removal / Phillip Howell to remove a tree on our property in January 2025. The work itself was completed, but due to a payment error, we paid $10,000 more than the agreed amount. We requested reimbursement in February and March 2025, and the over payment has not been returned. We pursued legal action, and the Virginia Beach General District Court entered judgment in our favor on June 17, 2025 for the overpaid amount.
