We hired All Out Tree and Stump Removal / Phillip Howell to remove a tree on our property in January 2025. The work itself was completed, but due to a payment error, we paid $10,000 more than the agreed amount. We requested reimbursement in February and March 2025, and the over payment has not been returned. We pursued legal action, and the Virginia Beach General District Court entered judgment in our favor on June 17, 2025 for the overpaid amount. Phillip responded to our request quickly, communicated well, and finished our job within days of our initial contact. His quote was reasonable and he didn’t try to upsell us. The crew did a great job, including a good clean up. We’ll definitely use them for future tree projects.
Phillip and his team have been to my house twice in the past two years and have done an excellent job removing 4 large trees and stumps along with a few problem areas. I couldn’t speak more highly of their work and communication. Highly recommend and will be calling them for the last two trees I have.
So very happy All Out came to remove our trees. It was not an easy job and they did fantastic. They were communicative and professional the entire time. Pricing was great. Definitely recommend them!
