Working at this job was an incredibly negative experience. If I could rate it zero stars, I would. The way they treated the clients, the children was absolutely unacceptable. Clients are verbally, and mentally abused everyday. Also prepare to be watched there’s cameras in the house and if you make one mistake, they will call the house and be like what are you doing and that was extremely uncomfortable for me. Worked for All God’s Children for a short period time. Staff were polite and hard workers. I provided therapeutic services to the girls home, and enjoyed the experience and opportunity. I would suggest that staff be given training orientating and staff meetings be conducted more frequently to ensure the team is aware of the same expectations. I would of love to continue working there however my schedule wasn’t conducive to the need that was needed at that time.
