love it! awesome place to go if you expect nothing but the best customer service, prices, and quality landscaping materials. My husband and I were wanting to spice up our yard and we found this place. The customer service was great! not pushy and very informative. They had everything we needed including the grass not to mention they price match!
Grass Stones Etc This place has every thing for your landscaping job. Beautiful stones huge rocks. River rock for your ponds. Customer service is tops. Sod for the yard.
Great selection The owner is very helpful at All Natural Grass and Stone. The employees are also very helpful in trying to find a stone that will work with your brick. We have been very happy doing business here.
As a multiple repeat customer that has purchased 26 pallets of grass from them, they lost my future business today(and I need another truckload). Grass was delivered but their forklift was having mechanical issues and couldn’t even get it into my yard where it was to be installed. Luckily my neighbor was available with his backhoe to bail them out and get it unloaded. When I called the owner to politely discuss the situation he quickly became very arrogant and rude. RecommendedEven though we have had a lot of problems with our purchase from them, their customer service exceeds anything I have ever experienced. They have been extremely fair and definitely customer service oriented.
Solid customer service but.... Their prices are higher than other material yards in the area and the dirt yard is terrible, it's either dusty are muddy. These people have the money to modernize this dilapidated operation.
This compant has no consideration in doing curtessy calls if your scheduled time changes and if you take off work to wait for the truck. After sceduling speaking with the clerck letting her know important details and verifying what was agread apon on phone and via email with our conversation address date and time. Im at home waiting for a truck that won't get here till way later, waisted 3 hours from work for the owner to be verbally rud by saying " I dont need to listen to your mouth" after expressing why i was upset loosin... read more
Best service for all your outdoor home needs in east texas! Awesome timing on deliveries and communication when you need them. Very knowledgeable staff and great people to work with. All Natural never disappoints!!
