Sandy did my nails she was nice and helpful. I explained my design to her and showed her a picture she said that she couldn't do it so a man there did it. I thought she did a good job on the part that she did I can't remember the man's name but he did a great job on my design I got dipped nails. Sandy offered me a drink and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I will definitely go back. That was my first time there they were very busy I was a walk -in and was in and out. I have gone to here a couple of times. They did a great job. But last time not so much. They didn't cover the sides of the nail. I was also charged the most for it. They did half nail dip and then put gel on top of it. It also chipped after two weeks.
Went in for a pedicure and service was terrible. This shop has really gone down hill since ownership has changed. The owner is always on her phone or laying her head down on work stations, not friendly , no rewards program. The lady that did my pedicure today cut my nails so freaking short, kept clipping and filing when I asked her to stop. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, everyone in the shop began to talk amongst themselves.
