If I could give 0 stars I would! This place is awful! The staff argues with each other in their foreign language and will not listen to what the customer asks at all! The final straw was last week when 2 of the male workers were arguing WHILE working on customers nails! Suddenly one guy just stood up grabbed his stuff and left with his customer sitting with foil on her nails! Do not come here this place is a joke. I have been getting my nails dont for years and never had a place been so filthy and unprofessional. 4 diffrent people did my nails and still came out terrible! If i could give less than 1 star i would! This place should not stay open!

Worst place ever!!!!! Don't go here for anything! It's very unorganized and messy. I had never been here before this time and I am never coming back. They are rude to customers and don't pay attention to their work. They don't take the time to listen to what customers are saying and argue with them instead of assisting them.They're just concerned as to what everyone else is doing. I lv the friendly staff.
I have been going to this spa for several months. They are very nice and pleasant and do a very good job on the maicures and pedicures. I have always had nice warm water with the specialist doing a great job on both my feet and hands. I had a facial also and it was wonderful....GREAT PLACE. I would reccomend to all my friends. I have even taken my best friend there and she loved it!!!
What a horrible experience! My first visit to this nail salon was in 2010. I decided to "splurge" on their $30 deluxe pedicure. Their hot stone massage ended up burning my skin and I had red splotches all over my legs to prove it. The pedicurist did not seem to care. I paid for the service and left, deciding to end the torture there. Well, 2011 has rolled around and not many nail salons are open on Sunday's in Ocala, so I decided to give this place a second shot.
