This company was totally useless to me. Using their form online resulted in an immediate rejection of my claim due to ambiguity in the form I had no way of knowing. Upon calling customer service they could not help me fix it or even get it to the intended courthouse. They offer no oversight to this process it is just an unintelligent plug and chug.
