Had a groupon for chimney cleaning. Decent job cleaning but left a invoice stating my whole fireplace needed to be replaced due to a minuscule amount of surface rust on the damper. A new liner and a skirt cost around 4-700$ and they left a quote of 4375. My sister was the one who was home during the service and it seems they tried to take advantage of the situation. Sketchy business practices!!!!

They canceled my appointment at the last minute on two separate occasions. Nothing worse than having to waste my vacation time and have no one show up.

I was very impressed with both Dale's work and manner. He was communicative before the appointment and prompt when arriving for the appointment. He worked quickly, was very efficient, and took care to make sure the room / carpet stayed clean. He was in and out in good time without me feeling like they rushed. He did great work and I couldn't be more satisfied with the job.

Precision Chimney Cleaners came out on a Saturday for a chimney sweep. They arrived a little earlier than scheduled and went right to work. They immediately found the problem and were very upfront about the procedure and cost. During their inspection they also discovered other repairs that were necessary. They were able to get the parts necessary within an hour and finish all the work on the same day. They are quick, friendly and extremly professional.
