If I could give zero stars, I would. I specifically hired this company to move several items, including countertops worth approximately $10,000–$15,000. I called multiple times before move day to make sure they could transport them, and every time I was told YES. Move day comes, my other belongings are already loaded, and suddenly they tell me they can’t move the countertops. The excuse then changed multiple times. First, they didn’t have enough people. It’s my first time using a moving company and it will be my last time! My window time was 8am to 9am and at 8:30 I didn’t hear for them so I had to call to find out when the movers were coming. They finally arrived at 9:30a and took them 45 mins of standing around on their phones to see where they were going to start! Absolutely horrible experience, unprofessional and unmotivated workers. 1st they were only sending 2 then they said I needed 3 people. Absolutely horrible experience. Was messaging back and forth with the company for multiple days leading up to move with very poor and vague information from them about the moving day. The estimated arrival time came and went and at 5pm on a Sunday they called to tell me they didn't actually have an available crew after confirming multiple times and taking a deposit.
When you talk top notch business this is the one !! We had a terrible experience with a different moving company and we had to be out of our condo and Into our new home asap . We called All my sons and they responded to us that day and had us out the very next day . Such a great crew all gentlemen to my family and I. I had to have emergency surgery and unfortunately this all fell on moving day , All my sons team took all the stress off of our family and did a phenomenal job!
