While booking a month in advance, the sales-rep said the men assigned would be able to box up my kitchen, including the refrigerator items at no cost, if I would like. I accepted. When the men arrived, they had no knowledge of that. No big deal - not critical. However, when booking I was also advised there was a travel time cost, of $189 for an hour. Arrived late… said it was bc of traffic…six person crew which only half of them worked..the others were on break most the time…scooted furniture across our hardwood damaging it several places..broke off wood from baseboard, and damaged painted brick steps… did not wrap cushions from my Sprintz couch… noticed this at the storage unit when my husband sent a pic! Bed was taken out in sections… not wrapped together, not placed together… so who knows if I’ll even have a complete bed when we get to our final destination of FL. Thi... read more

Moving crew didn’t show up to load their truck until 5 PM, therefore didn’t finish the move till 9:30 PM. They did wrap up everything nice, but did not handle my boxes with care, turned a lot of them upside down which had fragile materials. Given the movers were on their 4th move of the day and were tired , I could somewhat understand the hurry but nevertheless it’s on their scheduling team to do better. Otherwise the movers were kind and efficient.
