I had Eduardo and Jay help with our move. They were so kind and helpful. I had the sectional already taken apart to make it easier for them, and they were so appreciative and polite. I enjoyed working with them and couldn't have asked for a better crew to assist with our move. There was confusion on billing which David fixed without hesitation. Nice guys but totally unorganized and they were over an hour late. I had specifically requested twice on the phone that I wanted two pieces of junk removal and was assured that was fine. The movers acted like they had no idea what i was talking about. Then they said they could do it, then at the end left the old place without telling us, didn't take the two pieces, and also left a dolly and other materials behind and asked if my husband could bring it to them at the new place! All Sons was great! They were right on time and helped me move all my stuff seamlessly. I will def reach out for my next move.
Portland branch, 2 employees gave great service, Jay and Joseph. They were kind and professional from beginning to end. I think they did good for those 2 hours. Nothing was broken, and they even wrapped my mattress with plastic. I would recommend these 2 employees to others. I just wish I had the extra money to give them a $50 tip for being so kind.
