Charged me almost $200 for "travel fee" when they told me they were sending a crew that was already nearby. They "did me a favor" by sending an extra guy since that nearby crew had 3 people. Thing is, I had 6 items. I didn't need 3 people, that only ended up costing me more for a tip. so now I'm out over $700 for this company to move 6 ITEMS. frustrated is an understatement Calling it now I get some Garbage a.i. boiler plate response to this with their phone number, because I totally want to argue with the same guy on the ph... read more

I really wanted to leave this company a 5-star review because the actual moving crew was exceptional. They were respectful, professional, incredibly hard-working, and honestly one of the best crews I’ve hired. Unfortunately, the billing experience at the end of the move completely changed my impression of the company. I was quoted approximately $362/hour for four movers and two 26’ trucks. I had Raul and Lester help me with my move today in Portland and I can’t say enough good things about them. They were so focused and professional, and the way that they line things up in the truck made a lot of sense. Everything was really secure. They were also just lovely people. I will recommend them to all of my friends and family for any upcoming move in the Portland area. And I will ask specifically for them. Thank you both so much!!!
