Unfortunately I would highly recommend staying away from this company. Leading up to the move I would speak with Chase or Aiden on the phone and they were fantastic - which is one of the reasons that I went with this company, however, day of the moving was ridiculous. This move was for a two bedroom patio home with 3 movers. Took them 50 minutes to get to my house from the time they called me and said they were 30 minutes out. This was the worst moving experience ever, from start to end!! Do not waste your time or money.
Would not recommend. I was initially the first pivk up of the day. Then the got a call passed my pick up time to let me know they would be 6 hours late. Showed up with 2 movers and only 1 was capable of moving heavy furniture. Bounced my round dining table down the staircase, only wrapped my tv and mirror (not my cream sectional) and treated the walls like hitting targets. Armoire was wrapped after they broke it to hold it together. Apparently they didn't have shrink wrapper, large dolly or other proper moving equipment. Had... read more
The price they gave was totally different from the price at the end of service. Be sure to get full details before dealing with this company. They were also rude when I questioned them about the price. They are just out for money. I will never deal with this company again!!!
Do not book your move with this company. On moving day no one called me to tell me the driver did not show up. I finally called them and Josh told the move would not be able to happen. I asked for my deposit back and when I told him I would be posting this experience online he hung up on me.
