Wonderful cat hotel operation. We have taken our cats here for years. They really care about your pets health and happiness while being a guest. Their staff is meticulous and knowledgeable. The location is fantastic and gives your kitties plenty of space to explore and socialize with other cats. You couldn't hope for a better second home for your furry friend. Don't go to this place. I needed a 3 day stay but was told i had to pay for 5 days. Also while recommending it's best for kitty to bring your own food, if you do they charge an extra $1 per meal. This is a money making operation. There are better options.
Not only is the owner and other employees kind, caring and gracious to all the cats, they treat humans this way too. Thank you for understanding a medical emergency.
