When i called this company, recommended by someone, i was shocked by how they answered the phone. I explained im calling because i heard great things about this company and wanted to use their service. After a conversation that didnt go anywhere, we disconnected. He called back right after now realizing what i was saying so we set an appointment up for a deep clean and carpet cleaning. The gentleman who take the calls has serious emotional issues, he is rude,short on the phone, get defensive if you ask ANY questions.. and I am a returning customer. They use Zillow to determine the size of the property, I explained that the lower street facing room is a retail space (The property is a live work loft and the retail unit would not be cleaned.. this guy Terrace lost his SH!T I literally got the "no soup for you" deal from him. I could have had my wife call and book the appointment after all cleaning companies ... read more
