The on call after hours staff is EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL, specifically whoever is working the 4/24/26 night shift . Accused me of NOT calling at the times I stated I called …. I've been with the mount burn in office for years. Were it not for 2 of my aides.I would have left a long, long, long time ago. I am an estate waiver program in new york and they pay extra for my special needs care. The aides ate supposed to get paid extra from that but do not. Leaving messages with the encore person or voicemail is very rarely responded to and I get aids.That don't even know how to change a diaper. The coordinators screen the calls , and don’t answer certain workers … if you call from other numbers THEY Answer …. The coordinators also don’t pay attention to when you show interest in an available shift … the shift remains open even if we receive messages saying we’re a top candidate for certain shifts … there appears to be only ONE coordinator available. That’s not a good way to host employees and build a strong team … not liking the experience so far … other agencies look out for their caregivers unbiased energy … and ... read more
