This so called health agency ....with free PCA training...well it's a joke. I trained if that's what they call it & passed the class 6 months ago & still cannot obtain my PCA certificate. There is no help what so ever after class is over no care for health providers or patients. If I could have given half a star I would... This company is the worst company to work for... They do not pay and when they schedule you for a shift they would go back in the system and change the hours which you've already work to pay you less. They also pay the male workers more money for the same job. God help you should you ever speak to the branch manager Angela.. she is as unprofessional n ghetto as they come.
