This company has let aides leave my grandmother by herself on multiple occasions, forcing my mom or myself to go up there and stay with her until another aide comes. Worst heathcare agency I have ever had service from in 15 years of living with TBI as Ms. JoAnn calls it. She wouldn't know a TBI if she had one. She lies, treats consumers and Aid, Like they are dirt beneath her shoes. Karma will get you
For the short period of time that my grandma used this agency, I was displeased and appalled by the way they addressed their clients. The agency frequently lied to the client and their families. They were times when the agency frequently switched home attendants on my grandma who suffers with dementia. Elderly patients especially with dementia, needs consistency and a daily routine of which this agency was lacking.
