Hoorible customer service !! they dont like your question and hang up on you
Horrible representatives and horrible manager . Unwilling to help , very argumentative. They leave patients waiting for almost a month to fix a wheel chair . They do not care about disabled and elderly people. They refuse to help people in need who are begging for help
Absolutely horrible customer service. I have an elderly person staying with me and we have been waiting two months for them to deliver a whole bunch of medical supplies. Every time I call to see what's going on with the supplies nobody knows what's going on excuse after excuse my client is in need of these items and well this company is making a lot harder then what it should be I'm beyond disappointed! Can't believe this darn mess let's see if when they do deliver it's everything that we ordered I wouldn't recommend this co... read more
