I am a deaf man who does not hear well. I have noticed that you contacted my family and shared my personal information with them instead of calling me directly. This was inappropriate and unacceptable, as you did so without my permission. If this does not change, I will take legal action for violating my privacy.
Very disappointed. Their online listing says they’re open until 3, but when I tried calling, no one answered. I drove all the way there only to find the place completely closed. Total waste of my time. If they can’t update their hours or at least answer the phone, I can’t trust them for urgent care.
