All was great for over a year then my family doctor left the practice and another was assigned. Unfortunately the online booking is impossible , two months later new doctor is not on site! Calling requires a very long message with no mention of my GP! Eventually you can get a hold of someone and make an appointment but then on Saturday of long weekend they reschedule for a different day and doctor! Been going here for all our family health needs since we moved to Newmarket. But on a recent Sunday tried their walk-in too! Pleasantly surprised about the minimal wait time & Dr. Upadhyay was thorough and very helpful. Definitely recommend for urgent care needs. Just hope the front desk staff were a bit more friendly!
I booked an appointment on 08.04.25 for any doctor in All Med Health for next day 12=15pm. A was waiting for a doctor till 1=30pm and left at home. All my question about when doctor could take me was ignored.
