Don't go unless you want to be turned away to be sent to the ER even though all I needed was a Dr's note....thanks for nothing and wasting time and putting useless pressure on a already bad ER system
Getting an appointment with my family doctor when they were there was hard enough, now getting another familt doctor in this building is a giant headache. Moved things around to be able to get in on short notice after emailing and being offered an appointment. Confirmed date and time on the phone call, show up and apparently have no appointment! Even though it is the correct number than called me, and they received my email (because I had to email them but they can call or email back). Oh, and still had to pay parking. After... read more
If you enjoy never actually seeing your Doctor, just a different nurse every time. Or never hearing back about results and not being able to get a hold of somone on the phone. This is a good fit.
I was examined on September 28/2025 by the doctor on duty. As a result of a couple of wasp stings, she prescribed some fucitin H cream. The doctor was very nice but failed to ask if I had medical insurance. The cream ended up costing $86. The cost is what it is. That said, as a 72 year old with no medical insurance, it would have been nice if she had given me the opportunity to discuss other, more affordable options. This bill stung.
