I would have given them a 5-Star review. Abraham is friendly and responsive. I’m a tenant so wasn’t aware of how he charged for work until now. My landlord is having serious health issues, so when my toilet wasn’t working he asked me to arrange to have it fixed. All it needed was a valve kit replaced. When I was given the invoice I commented that $125 for the part was so much more expensive than I remembered. It didn’t set right so the next day I called McCoys & the part was as $14.99.
