They fixed my car right away and they even payed for a rental because my insurance didn’t cover that. My car was pretty beat up after it was side swiped by a big rig and you can’t even tell it was repaired. All magic even returned my car smelling good too.

Typical body shop mentality, tell the person a price and what needs to be done then when finished and the process is questioned the answers are Symantec. In my case I needed a scratch from the garage door handle painted, I have a silver Honda so they tell me they must paint the whole bumper to get it to match. Then when I pick it up and its "we only painted the scratch but we clear coated it all to blend". Then the Symantec's start, "we did paint the whole bumper" No you painted the scratch you cleared the bumper. Charged me... read more
