Terrible experience. He absolutely does NOT live up to commitments. makes promises, paints himself as a total stand-up guy. I can't tell you how many times he proclaimed "I'm a man of my word", but he was everything but. Overcharged, terrible performance, vomiting excuse after excuse, then pivoted how little money he made on his quote (which was laughable as it was over double what I paid last year for same exact service (unfortunately, the incumbent moved out of town).
