I went to have labs done three days in a row and they turned me away because they didn't have a phlebotomist. The sign said open. I questioned the owner and although he was apologetic he made no attempt to hire a temp. If you can;t provide the service, close the office.
Very helpful and friendly staff. I was in and out with no problems and had all my questions answered.
