I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other homeowners should know about our experience. We contacted All-Kool on June 12 for a warranty repair on our HVAC system. We were given appointments on June 18 and July 1, but no technician showed up either time. We repeatedly called the company, and our calls went to voicemail without a response . We have now spent weeks waiting in the middle of summer without our issue being resolved. We hope the company improves its communication and follows through on scheduled appointments... read more

After we had the run around by different companies ABC came out and did a 100% free second opinion. They quickly found the problem and was able to fix it in a timely manner. I would 100% recommend this company...They truly are ALL ABOUT CARE!!! 5 star- Knowledge 5 star- Customer service 5 star- Technician 10 star- CARE

Cotntracted to perform repair and they sent subcontractor who did poor quality repair. Neither heating or air conditioning work. Have called several times and no response or we get hang up. Avoid this business.
