When you have a disaster you need the best, most knowledgeable, helpful people on your side. That was yesterday around noon when the wells fell off and we learned that our sump pump apparently shut down and our furnished and carpeted basement had water everywhere. I found the owner, Richard, to be professional, personable, responsible, honest, trustworthy, reliable, concerned, timely, great follow through & a general all around great individual. The best window cleaner I've ever had! Richard and Eric provided something that is rare now a days, EXCEPTION CUSTOMER SERVICE!
