We used Roger to install our blinds which he made two initial trips to the house (estimate and measure) then a final trip to install. Overall great look after the installation but we did have a problem with one of the blinds being too short. We called him back to inquire and have replaced and he stated it probably couldn't be unless the manufacturer mis-cut the blind. We took measurement and it was off about 2 inches.
