Dr. Ben is a good thorough Dr. But she just doesn't have a good team. Every visit has taken at least 2-3 hrs. We have been forgotten about in the rooms, they have had to reschedule shots because they didnt know if they gave my kid the dose yet or not... and when you call to make an appointment noone answers.. Just not a good experience at all.
Great doctors office.
This is the most unorganized doctor's office I've ever seen. It's a small office in a small town yet everything takes forever. Extremely unhappy at their level of care for CHILDREN. I'll drive half an hour for a decent doctor. This place is ridiculous. I have been waiting three months for my son to get shots so he can go to daycare. They can't seem to manage shots 🤷♀️
