I have been communicating with the owner Jaz about my appointment since 11/28. My appointment was 12/07 at 10a with a worker named yaya. I booked a week ahead for my appointment through the square app and received a 11a appointment. We communicated through text message that the appointment would be 10a instead of 11a.
