We've got a super-long, sloped driveway in a location where snowfall can turn into un-shovelable ice incredibly quickly. It would have been a logistical challenge for anybody, and the weather did everything it could to make things even more difficult...but Richard and his people saw things through and made sure to follow up long after the project was complete. If I moved somewhere else in the area I'd ring him up again without hesitation. Our shovels and snowblower haven't been touched in a year!

Excellent customer service from this father-and-son team. They were reliable, trustworthy, and delivered exactly as promised. They repaired and serviced my radiant heating system for three zones and made sure everything was working perfectly. The comfort improvement was immediate and noticeable. They even took the time to offer helpful advice regarding my oil burner. They followed up several days later to ensure everything was still working properly. Highly recommend their services.

5 Stars to Rich and James! We had radiant heat installed throughout our entire first floor (about 1600 sq ft) 3 years ago. Since the install it has not worked properly - manifesting this on the cold days of fall/winter. The installers came back at least 4 or 5 times over the first 2 winters to try and make adjustments, even changing out the circulator pumps, but, to no avail. They even suggested we probably needed a heat pumb (or whatever it's called) to add supplemental heat. We finally gave up on them and researched radian... read more

My radiant floor system was over 20 years old and not heating the floors properly. Richard and his son took a look at my system and set up separate systems for my boiler heat and radiant heat. They were cordial, explained what the problem was and were fairly priced.
