Our hot water heater leaked and about an inch of water filled our basement. Called All Island Restoration at about 10:00PM and they arrived at around 11:30 and took care of everything by about 2:00AM. Jarrod & Dimitri did a fantastic job. They left about 6 fans to ensure that our basement would throughly dry out and no mold would grow. So grateful for their prompt response and professional job. Would highly recommend them.
After a fire in my house, I contacted All Island to do the board up and demo work. I met with Alexis and she walked me through everything that would need to be done. Alexis and her team sifted through the debris and found important items that I though were lost in the fire. Chris, the project manager was exceptionally attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful every step of the way he made the entire process smooth And stress free, always taking the time to answer questions and provide clear updates the professionalism and quality of work exceeded expectations
We recently had a roof done and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. From day one the owner Jay was present and very thorough. The project managers Joe and Chris are great, always around to answer a phone call and one of them was always on the job site addressing any concerns. The job was started and completed exactly how they said it would go with no hiccups, everything was done in such a professional manner. We will definitely be using them in the future !!
