We originally wanted to repair a small section of roof due to a water leak. We had 4 companies provide estimates. Jay was the only one who checked our entire roof, skylights, flashing and the roof integrity. He was very professional and explained the process thoroughly. He is a pleasure to deal with and most importantly his crew was very neat and set up tarps to protect our landscaping and swept everything. My roof needed to be change. I contacted "HomeAdvisor" sometime in February, they set me up with Various roofing companies. "ALL ISLAND HOMES, LTD" was not only the Best and Most Affordable Estimate by far, but they were the most Truthful and Knowledgeable company in its trade. All Island Homes is third generation business who's standards today at least meet the standards they were founded on. I appreciated the communication, work ethic, & honest estimate given. Work was done quickly & professionally. We are happy with the results! Would definitely use them again for similar/other home projects.
