I recently hired Jeannine Ramirez to manage several of my properties and I am now being sued by several of my tenants because Ms. Ramirez violated several of my tenants rights. Ms. Ramirez presented herself to be an honest and experienced professional and nothing could be further from the truth. I know the owner of this company personally and can vouch for her integrity and honesty. She is hard working and helps others without hesitation and financial gains. Please do not listen to fake reviews and give her company and chance.
Jeannine Ramirez and her company go above and beyond to help people and care for their properties they oversee. I have known Jeannine in a business capacity long before her company opened (since the early 1990's) and she is sooo kind and generous and goes over and above for people!
Jeannine Ramirez recently made untrue defamatory statements against my tenants. Ms. Ramirez made these statements with such authority and conviction that one might actually believe her. It turns out it was Ms. Ramirez’s tenants causing the problem not mine. The most dangerous part is, after accusing my tenants of ‘unspeakable’ actions, Ms. Ramirez then offers to help ‘evict’ my tenants and offers her services at a discounted rate.
