Its practically day 1 of me strictly following what I learned from Ashley. It definitely isn't easy for me to avoid sweets or sugars but I persisted. Ashley’s pelvic massages treatments are outstanding and unique. After baring and delivering two children, one by cesarean, I looked for years for an effective treatment. I have been going to Ashley for 10+ years Suffered from headaches every day, neck and shoulder problems, incontinents and 25 lbs overweight. I have been lucky enough to have Ashley keep me pain free for many years and it's amazing how much you can take for granted when you feel great. I recently hurt myself and could barely drive my car to my appointment, but like a surgeon, Ashley pulled out all of her tools and skills that she has amassed over her professional carrier and within a 3 day session I was back to my pain free self.
