I normally don't leave reviews, but for something as important as your hair, I think it's important to help others make an informed decision. This was my first time visiting this salon and she started 20 minutes late. I originally booked a silk press and trim, which would have been approximately $165. However, since I planned to wear my wig afterward she suggested a wash, braid-down, and trim. I had been looking for a beautician since I moved to NOVA in 2023, so that I wouldn't have to keep commuting to and from Richmond. I took a chance on Google and found my savory, Rita. She provided every bit of service I needed. Very nice place of business and 15 minutes away. Thank You Rita!

I booked an updo for my daughter's Sweet 16. The appointment was confirmed multiple times. The day of her appointment we get a text to push the appointment 39 mins. I agree amd let her know that it can't be any later because of party start time. When we get to the salon she says it will be 10-15 more minutes and asked what hairstyle wanted. I re-sent the picture I had text BEFORE booking the appointment. After 15 we ask again and she says it would be another 10-15 minutes.
