I booked an appointment with Rita on Monday & paid a deposit to secure my spot. We spoke on the phone, she personally booked my appointment, & confirmed it multiple times for 1 PM. She even had me saved in her phone from a previous appointment back in 2023 — so the fact that she completely forgot who I was is unbelievable.
