Caregivers don't show up as scheduled and the office doesn't even bother to let you know that they can't make it that day. When you DO call the office, no one answers, leave a message and no one calls you back!! TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL, UNCARING AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
