Went through the application process and nearly signed a lease with a property managed by them. We loved the house, location, and the price, but they were extremely difficult to communicate with and for that reason alone we decided not to rent the property. What kind of company lists a house for rent with an open complaint from the City of Portland for “sewage leaking in the bedrooms”? If you don’t believe me, look at code complaints for 4403 SW Lobelia St. They have an open unaddressed complaint.

Update Responding to management company- I believe you are confused as to who I am. My experience with you, extremely negative, is as neighbor of a property you manage. But I understand you getting confused since that would go along with the apparent lack of response shared by your prior tenants. And if you want me to talk about facts, I can discuss in details how your gardener will dispose of yard debris on the back of the house contrary to county code and your dismissive response to your tenant, or response to prior water ... read more

The absolute worst experience imaginable. The house was originally in disrepair but we were told repairs would be done immediately, including 1/4 of the porch floor missing (among other safety concerns). We were only made aware that construction would be taking place by the actual construction starting one morning! When we were finally able to leave, we left the house (no repairs had ever been made) in better shape than found but was fined exorbitant amounts in fees for ludicrous reasons (such as not “hand pulling” weeds).
