Gary Davis is the owner and he is so kind. He explained things clearly when I had to ask him questions He cares about all his members and their providers. He is one of the top agencies in the greater Phoenix area. Just look it up the proof is there.

Good staff
The owner Gary is a load mouth. He is so unprofessional and very rude one day I was at the Tempe DTA and Mr. Gary Davis got in my face and started yelling at me in front of two of his licensing specialist one of them was a supervisor. But he also did this in front of other members. The owner had told me over the phone just recently. that he would never take a chance on me again.
