June 18, 2026 - Don't rent from this place. You pay your unit and they refuse access even though your unit is paid. June 18, 2026: Called facility and was told I would need to call back to get access to unit because their emails were not working properly. June 19, 2026: Called again the following day, and was provided code to remove lock. Removed the lock and thought issue was fixed. The following day June 20, 2026, they put another lock on my unit. I had to have a lock cut off of my unit and Deter at All in Storage was a great help. He put in the request and kept me informed of what was happening step by step. He let me know as soon as it was done to give me all the information I would need to access my unit. I so appreciate Deter going above and beyond for me you are doing an excellent job for All in Storage…!!! Thank you Angela
