This facility never received a pre-autorization from my insurance company and then sent me a bill for $50,000 (2 yrs later). They then said all I would have to pay is $2000 for my out of pocket and not the $50,000. My insurance co never heard from them and I never received any type of invoice from them until 2 years later. Now they are saying they will send to collections. Now I have to get an attorney on them.
