I loved this doctor’s office… until I didn’t. As a new Indiana resident, I was referred to this office after giving birth. In the newborn stage, especially with my son being born early, life was already extremely restless. We had back-to-back appointments, sometimes every other day. I’ll admit—we missed one appointment and were late once, But that was after coming faithfully almost every day for three weeks, the receptionist was still very rude and even threatened to discharge us. If I could give 0 stars, I would. While being in between pediatric care and calling to merely reschedule a 5 month checkup. The practice manager gets rude with me on the phone about how he hasn’t been seen x, y and z. (But he has At other pediatric offices) I told her I would call back upon talking to my wife. My wife gets a voicemail 20 minutes later threatening to call CPS on us. This place does not even deserve 1 star. I received a call threatening to have DCS called on me if my child wasn’t seen and vaccinated. They did not ask me if he was seen anywhere else. Which he had been as we were trying to find a good fit for us. The office manager immediately jumped to threatening me because he hadn’t been vaccinated which mind you is a PERSONAL choice for my child. It is NOT legally required to vaccinate NOR to have my child seen by a doctor. He is perfectly healthy, gaining weight and meeting milestones... read more
