Hate doing this but I hate to give a 1☆. First brought the phone into the Bonanza and Lamb location to have my broken screen replaced. Dropped it off and returned a few hours later. I had a screen replacement done on an iPhone 11 Pro Max. One of the bottom pentalobe screws was already stripped going into the repair which I pointed out. The phone was opened during the screen replacement but the screw was not replaced. When I asked about it, I was told the screw was “broken off inside” and that replacing it would have “required soldering”.
