I recently needed a place to keep my vehicle for safe keeping while I plan a family road trip in the west coast. Jason and team were so accommodating. Came in before business hours for me to drop off the car. Work with me on the terms and length of stay. Allowed flexibility in getting items to the storage center that is needed for our road trip. They really care about their customers and never once felt pressure or rushed in signing a contract. Full transparency. Feel 100% confident in doing business with them.
Great facility and great customer service!! We had an emergency breakdown in Vegas while traveling across country with a truck and trailer full of kids and belongings and had to leave a vehicle behind. They took us in like family and in a hurry because we were in a pinch. Called several other places who had open spaces however none wanted to help us with the minimal time we had left in the day and all required excess paperwork. Let's make It's six stars, this is a great location to store your RV or off-road toys if you're anywhere near the Las Vegas area. Jason and Kristina make you feel like you're part of the family. Jason goes out of his way to accommodate your requests. Check out their indoor secure Storage. It's popular, so plan ahead. It gives you weather protection and added security. These folks really know how to take care of you. I wish I was in the Las Vegas area longer, so that I could continue using their services. Great job, guys!
