I call to ask a question concerning my computer and the man hung up the phone on me. I called him back and explained to him again as if he was someone new and he responded rudely again. I told him he was rude and I do not wish to seek your help!
Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. I strongly recommend choosing a repair shop that offers a guarantee and stands behind the products they install. I had the screen on my iPhone replaced here, and it has been glitchy ever since. My text messages are altered while typing, apps randomly switch while I’m using them, and the phone frequently freezes—sometimes to the point where even shutting it down is difficult.
