I do not recommend to work with this people because if they can’t see something in the inspected property, they will write in the report whatever they image, no matter what, just to be safe and cover their license, even if that could be misunderstand by third parties. And you will overpay hundred dollars for nothing. How many times they did that? I don’t know. I employed all-in-one inspections when I purchased my house three years ago - they did a superb job. Recently, I had impact windows installed and had to file an updated wind mitigation credit to the insurance company. I called all-in-one inspections and the process was super easy, quick, and very pleasant. They still keep all the records of my house inspection on the file so everything went very smooth. The price they gave to me was very reasonable as well. Highly recommended!!!
This is the 3rd time we've used All-In-One Inspections of S. Florida, and every time they deliver. Their prices are great and they are truly professionals. I've recommended them for years to all of my friends. We've used them for both houses we bought and this time we moved to a condo and used them again.
