As a licensed Professional Engineer (PE), Joe is hands down the most thorough and complete home inspector I’ve ever worked with. Joe is an engineer and I have never seen such a detailed thorough home inspection. From going into crawl spaces, hot attics and climbing the roof, this inspector does it all. His knowledge is truly the biggest plus. When we were not able to keep our Monday appointment because of attorney review he was accommodating and responsive to our request and concerns. I was referred to AIO by two separate friends in NJ . I made an appointment over the phone. The week before the inspection, I left TWO voicemails, spaced three days apart, the second of which was on a Friday, and I confirmed the appointment for the following Monday morning.
