Chris was excellent! He arrived on-time, fixed our air-conditioner, and explained everything in detail. We thought his price was very reasonable and worth the money. We really like the values the company exhibits; they're not out to get as much money as they can from you, but to provide quality service for a fair price. We'd definitely hire them again.

On a Friday afternoon this summer our AC went out. Living on the second floor the temperature quickly got into the 80s. We were calling all over the place trying to find someone to come fix it. The couple places that answered wanted to charge emergency fees ranging upward of 3X a normal visit. Service Magic got us in touch with Chris and he came by on his way home at 9:30 at night.
