This team is awesome! Fair, fast, clearly explained everything before they did it. We had to work through a few different issues and they were always on top of it. Final bill was exactlnwhat they quoted me.
First hired to install a sauna disconnect. That went fine. Second time I attempted to hire due to wiring issues within my house. Tech played 20 questions over the phone, made assumptions and refused to listen to my concerns especially when I already offered and repeatedly asked to check and verify my smoke alarm system was correct. I’m a disabled vet and need help now. I’m He sounded annoyed and a waste of his time. Be careful hiring this company.
Great service! I filed my claim through home warranty on a Saturday. Got a call right away. Confirmed an appt for Monday morning. Evan came and fixed our burnt out switch. Very friendly, respectful of my home, helpful, on time and informative. Great work and great communication. I recommend and will be calling them back in the future. Thank you
