We took our truck here yesterday and bought the $14 "Premium" auto wash. We first tried to pay with our credit card but the machine wasn't working. So we paid cash instead. The machine was probably rigged to not accept credit cards because the owner KNOWS that the end results of the "Premium" wash are rancid and since no one answers the phone number listed and there is NO voicemail option, most ... read more

Washed car; went home. Had to return because something black/gray on car. Looked at brush; appeared to have tar on it. Customer said it looked like soot. Had to do 2 more rinses. I tried unsuccessfully to contact them; they didn't return call. Today the line is busy.
