I had my Mazda repaired here after damage to the front grille/emblem area that houses the radar sensor for adaptive cruise and smart braking. A couple months later I started getting front radar and smart brake malfunction warnings tied to the exact area that was repaired. I understand diagnostic time costs money, but it was frustrating to be told I would need to pay another diagnostic fee before they would even inspect work related to the previous repair. These guys are wonderful. They made me see the clear differences between having passion for your job and just working to make money! They put customers and quality work first, because they know that when they are done serving your car, you might want to pay them extra as a compensation. I will highly recommend them to anyone in Provo, Orem or Vineyard or the nearby cities! One Love!!!
Everyone that works here was friendly and helped us get our car fixed quickly! I would highly recommend bringing your car here, we came after we were told that we had to replace our entire engine. After testing the “problem” they sent us pictures showing us the results, and we didn’t have to do a large replacement. You can communicate through text, which is a huge bonus as you can text through the entire process. Excellent service!
These people were super nice. They struggle to give you an accurate completion time, but they did a lot of work on our old car. The vibration we were hoping they could fix is still happening, but we paid two other mechanics to try to fix it and they never fixed it either. I do recommend this place, but give them plenty of time to work on your car and be sure to verify that everything is completed.
