I reserved a rental car from these people. They called me the morning of letting me know I needed to bring my DL, paystub and utility bill. I understood the DL but not the other two items. When I asked why they needed it, the lady that called me very rudely said "because its our policy and we been doing this for 39 years. I got into my office speaking to my boss.
